
Biography
Japanese pianist Wataru Anzai is as a soloist and a chamber musician.
He was born in Tokyo in 1982 and began playing the piano at the age of five. He got the basic music education at Toho Gakuen High school and Conservatory, studied with Michiko Okamoto, finalist of Van Cliburn international Piano Competition. He got a price with Chopin international Piano Competition in Asia. After graduated, started studying with Dr. Tamas Unger and earned Artist Diploma from Texas Cristian University School of Music, United States in 2010. His full-scale carrier started in 2011 and has done with several solo recitals, concertos, and Chamber music concerts. In 2012, he performed as a guest pianist at United Nation as well as Japan Society in New York.
As a chamber musician, he has successfully done at recital in Tokyo and United Stated with a cellist Ignacy Gaydamovich and many others. Mr. Anzai is now a member of teaching at mujsic schools and owns his individual music school.
